All you need to do is SSH into your account & type in this command:- wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/anope/anope-devel/Anope%201.9.1/anope-1.9.1-source.tar.gz
Once you have entered that command you will see it download onto your server. When completely down you have the anope ready to untar & install.
We update the folders as & when required so browse in our file directory & check if newer verions available.
