Atheme-services
Atheme is a portable, secure set of open source, modular IRC services released under the BSD license, designed to run on many IRCds.
Unlike alternative packages, Atheme's core is minimalistic, providing only core functionality. Atheme is a complete services set, excluding features designed for oper abuse.
Epona-services
Epona is a set of services for IRC networks that allows users to manage their nicks and channels in a secure and efficient way, and administrators to manage their network with powerful tools.
Hybserv2
Hybserv2 is a new and improved version of the now unsupported Hybserv IRC services. It is specifically designed for Hybrid IRC servers, but may work with other IRC daemons as well.
KickServices
Feature rich and powerful IRC Services optimized for Unreal daemons, based on auspice but with many many bugfixes .. compatibility with NickServ/ChanServ databases. Included is a powerful and efficient proxy scanner.
NeoStats
NeoStats provides unique services to IRC via loadable modules. It does not provide the traditional NickServ/ChanServ services, but instead provides services like "HostServ", which can automatically set a user's virtual host upon logging onto a IRC network, or "StatServ", which can provide detailed statistics about the network, individual servers, or channels, and produce an HTML page. It also includes a number of "Fun" services and services to assist IRC operators. Its API allows developers to extend it via C or Perl.

Download the latest release of Provision IRC Services (for UnrealIRCd)
Today I've released a little update.
In this update a few minor bugs has been fixed.
You will now get a note when services successfully connected to the server.
If fails, services will shutdown.
Note that these services will only work on UnrealIRCd 3.2.*.

ratbox-services
ratbox-services is a services package written mostly from scratch for use with ircd-ratbox.
It is highly configurable, with nearly all options being set in a config that can be rehashed rather than set at compile time. It also uses the SQLite database backend, which works as a database interface to a normal file, meaning no seperate database software must be running.
Thales-services
GNU Thales is an IRC to Database Gateway. It connects to your IRC network as a service, and converts messages it receives to SQL queries to update the database. It collects data about users, channels and server. It doesn't build stats itself, however, it gives you the database, it's up to you how you use it.
